14th November, 2008 The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Dear Sir, Clarification on Operating Results for the Third Quarter of 2008 The Company's operating results for the third quarter of 2008, which have been reviewed by external auditors, showed a Net Profit of THB 2.73 million, an increase of THB 0.49 million, or 22.09% improvement versus prior year. This improvement in Net Profit was due to the following reasons: 1. Net Sales Revenue increased by THB 67.82 million or 11.88% driven by an increase in sales volume growth. However, Cost of Sale of Good increased by THB 78.94 million or 18.36%, driven by an increase in raw material price. As a result, the company's Gross Profit decreased by THB 11.12 million or 7.88% versus prior year. 2. Marketing support fund from Coca-Cola Thailand increased by THB 6.86 million or 16.76% 3. Selling and administrative expenses decreased by THB 15.03 million or 7.79%. This was due to management's effort to reduce the operating cost. For the nine-month periods of 2008, The Company's operating results showed a Net Profit of THB 15.75 million, an increase of THB 19.32 million, or 541.48% improvement versus prior year, driven by an increase in sales volume growth, an increase in Marketing support fund from Coca-Cola Thailand and management's effort to reduce the operating cost.
