Correct the information regarding relationship with listed company as stated in 2.2 from " Coca-Cola Sabco (CCS) owned 100% of total shares in Coca-Cola Indochina (CCI) and Coca-Cola Indochina (CCI) owned 100% of total shares in The Beverage Services Company (BevServ)" to "Coca-Cola Sabco (CCS) owned 100% of total shares in Coca-Cola Indochina (CCI) and 100% of total shares in The Beverage Services Company" 2. Additional information regarding basis used to consider the fee as stated in 3.2 3.2 The basis used to consider the fee: As stipulate in the contract, which is similar to the rates which BevServ charged other bottlers of the same scale, as well as via negotiation.
