The Company would like to disclose additional information on the connected transaction as required by the SET as follows: 1. Connected persons Mr. Philipp Hugo Gutsche attended the session but abstained from voting, and Mr. Martin Jansen did not attend the Board of Directors Meeting. 2. The Audit Committee and Board of Directors are in agreement that employing The Beverage Services Company (BevServ) as consultant is suitable and beneficiary to the Company since BevServ has extensive experience in softdrink bottler management.
