September 26, 2005 The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Dear Sir, The Company's Major Shareholders' Structure Please be informed that some major shareholders of Haad Thip Public Company Limited had sold their common shares to Coca-Cola Indo-China (PTE) Limited; the first lot of shares were sold on 23rd August 2005 totaling 13,650,500 shares; with an additional numbers of 24,322,300 shares sold on 26th September 2005, making the total numbers of shares sold at 37,972,800 shares or an equivalent of 22.87% of paid-up share capital. Though there were some changes on major shareholders of the company, this will not affect the company's operation as all executives staff will still be carrying on their duties as before. As for the question of whether Coca-Cola Indo-China (PTE) Limited will have a representative to join the Company Board or not, we shall keep you informed in due course.
