Dividend Payment History

The Company has the dividend distribution policy for every year at a rate of not less than 50 percent of the net profile available after payment of the Company’s corporate income tax and allocation of legal reserve. However, subject to the operating results, financial conditions and the Company’s working capital requirements, the dividend rate could be less than such rate.
