May 21, 2002 The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Dear Sir, Amendment of Par Value At the Annual General Shareholders Meeting for the year 2002, which was held on April 29, 2002, it was agreed that the par value of the ordinary shares be changed from Baht 10 (ten Baht) to Baht 1 (one Baht) per share. The meeting also approved to amend Clause 4 of the Company's Memorandum of Association and the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Company's Articles of Association. The Company has registered the above amendment with the Commercial Registration Department, Ministry of Commerce on May 15, 2002. Related documents are enclosed herewith.
